A flawless event is never an accident . It is the result of working backwards, where every network detail is calculated weeks before the audience even steps inside.

From the initial technical site survey to real-time bandwidth management , we start from the desired final outcome to guarantee your success ✨

There are two ways to manage an unexpected issue during an event: wait for it to happen and activate a Plan B, or ensure the disruption doesn't even exist in the first place.🔄

And that is precisely the point: not fixing a problem, but never letting it happen.🎯

An audience never notices the network holding a festival together. If they do, something's already gone wrong. 🛠️

Jazz Open Modena 2026 brought 25,000 people in the historic centre, with eight operational areas to connect, each with its own requirements. We built a multi-technology backbone (FTTH, FWA, satellite) with separate wifi networks for every function, and a Dedika technician on site for all six days of the festival.

The full technical breakdown, from the separate network design to the on-site support, is in the complete case study: 👉 link in bio.

A packed room, the payment terminal timing out at the door, guest wifi crawling the moment the first rows fill up. Three different problems, but they almost always come down to the same mistake: calculating bandwidth by counting people in the room, when networks think in connected devices.

An event with 80 guests and 15 staff can easily reach 120 devices connected at once. And every service, guest wifi, payments, production, streaming, has its own requirements that need to be added up, not estimated by eye.

Our latest article breaks it down: how many devices to expect, why POS and check-in need protecting even though they barely use bandwidth, when to separate the technical network from the guest one, and what changes when the venue is remote or the event moves from stop to stop.

A guide for anyone organising, directing, or running the technical side of an event who wants to reach the day itself without surprises.

The wifi drops. The stream freezes. The countdown runs and the cues arrive late. 😬

These are the nightmares living behind the scenes of every event, the ones nobody tells from the stage.
We work so they stay nothing more than backstage stories.

You'll barely notice us. That's the compliment we give ourselves.
We follow you remotely for the whole event. If things call for it, though, we show up in person and work exactly as we would from our operations centre. Just with more coffee, courtesy of you. 😁

On a touring event, everything changes at every stop — except the need for a network that works.📡

A portable, pre-configured solution that activates in minutes removes one unknown from the table before you even reach the venue.
In the carousel: method, checklist, and everything you need to bring reliable connectivity with you, date after date. ✔
