A menu aligned with the 2026 market. The «Update» task is complete!✨

We have completed a large-scale menu update for several of our partner restaurants, ensuring they align with current gastronomic trends and operational efficiency requirements.

As part of the project, we updated the flavor profile in line with the latest trends while preserving the classic direction. We also restructured the menu matrix to maximize equipment utilization and reduce inventory surplus.

This is an investment that pays off within the first quarter through reduced cost of goods sold and an increased average check.
