👉 Sometimes, it can feel like small efforts aren’t enough in the face of big challenges. But the "Drops in the Ocean" principle emphasizes the power of 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬.

🚀 A single innovation, a local success story, or a grassroots initiative may not solve complex, systemic challenges on its own. ✨What an incredible experience it was to participate in the European Evaluation Society (EES) 2024 Biennial Conference in Rimini! ✨

Lideea had the pleasure of joining the conference in Rimini during a highly engaging workshop facilitated by TWG 8, titled “𝐖𝐡𝐨’𝐬 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?”. The session explored how systems thinking concepts can enhance collaborative evaluation practices, offering valuable insights into innovative approaches in the field of evaluation.

The members of TWG 8 brought forward diverse perspectives, sparking important discussions on the potential of systems thinking to transform how evaluations are conducted. The collaborative atmosphere and the exchange of ideas made the session a highlight of the conference.

LIDEEA susține proiectele sociale! Efortul celor care contribuie cu informații în evaluările noastre, se transformă în generozitate prin donațiile noastre caritabile!

Le mulțumim celor 140 de beneficiari de finanțare care au participat la sondajul evaluării resurselor REACT-EU în România! Pentru fiecare chestionar completat, am donat 5 euro Arhiepiscopiei Aradului, contribuind la sustenabilitatea proiectului social “Cantina Sfântului Nicolae – serviciul masa pe roți pentru bunicii comunității”!

Generozitatea dvs. a adus bucurie în viețile a 130 de vârstnici vulnerabili, care beneficiază de o masă caldă în fiecare zi.
