After two years of diagnostic analysis, finally the conservation of two fragmentary Tibetan manuscripts from the Tucci Tibetan Collection belonging to the IsIAO Library and housed is about to start.

The project involves a team of scholars, Tibetologists, scientists, papermakers and conservators, in working together on different aspects of the Tibetan books and experimenting new approaches for their study and understanding.
