Lo studio "L'azienda nociva 2024", condotto da Asterys in collaborazione con DynataGlobal, ha coinvolto 600 dipendenti, manager ed executive in Italia e si è concentrato sulle modalità di lavoro e sulla cultura organizzativa nelle aziende del nostro Paese.

L'indagine rivela che l'81% dei lavoratori in Italia subisce conseguenze sulla salute e il benessere a causa di dinamiche nocive nelle proprie aziende. Solo il 47% ritiene di avere pari opportunità per esprimere il proprio potenziale. La struttura gerarchica tradizionale è predominante (71%), con solo il 4% delle aziende che adotta un modello piatto, dove le decisioni sono prese autonomamente dai team. Le dinamiche limitanti includono competizione interna, carichi di lavoro eccessivi e burocrazia.

Queste influenzano il benessere e la produttività, con conseguenze come nervosismo, stress e diminuzione delle performance. Molti desiderano un ambiente di lavoro basato sulla parità di opportunità, fiducia nelle relazioni e chiarezza delle responsabilità. La ricerca sottolinea la necessità di modelli organizzativi centrati sulla persona e agili. Asterys propone AEquacy, un modello senza gerarchia basato su cinque principi: orientamento allo scopo, auto-organizzazione, uguaglianza, trasparenza e adattività, che mira a trasformare sia la struttura aziendale sia la mentalità delle persone.
