🇺🇸CloseProtectionTeam and Gladius Training International have been working during this pandemic to set the stage for bringing you the highest level of training once the COVID restrictions are lifted. Future plans include CPT's first appearance in the United States, so, we are excited to announce that today David’s flight was booked for the USA.
It is official, for the first time CPT will be teaching in the USA, we will be teaching a simunitions (R) based Active Shooter Response course to the Embassy Security Teams who are assigned to their respective Countries in the USA.
CPT and GTI will be joined by, Dan (Sic), Jason, James, Rich (Lee), Denver, and also the PGPD Special Assignment Team Alpha will provide mechanical breaching instruction, support as role players and safety.
See below the building diagram and photos of the state of the art High Risk Entry Facility.
It is monitored by 100 recording cameras, audio can play anything throughout the structure, from music, to screams to gunfire, the facility can be filled with smoke and the lights can be all controlled from the control center, as well as an interior and exterior fully operational breacher doors.
Moreover, GTI setting foot back on italian soil to bring you some new and exciting courses.
During this time GTI was able to get David from CPT into and complete 2 distance learning courses (exceeded with maximum score) at Texas A&M University Engineering Extension through "Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training" organization:
- Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events Instructor
- Active Attack Event Response Leadership 2020
David is now certified as an Instructor in United States.
Meanwhile Dan "Sic" and Mike have begun a contract with the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department in New Jersey teaching "Vehicle Counter Ambush Tactics".
Here at CPT/GTI we back our training with real world experience, you will getting your instruction and courses development from instructors who have been validated and proven to be involved in real world gunfighting, not from someone who is social media instructor or on a pro timer.
🇮🇹CloseProtectionTeam e Gladius Training International si sono impegnati durante questa pandemia al fine di preparare il terreno per offrirvi il più alto livello di formazione una volta che le restrizioni COVID saranno state revocate. I piani futuri includono la prima apparizione di CPT negli Stati Uniti, per questo GTI e CPT sono entusiaste di annunciare che oggi è stato prenotato il volo di David per gli Stati Uniti.
È ufficiale, per la prima volta CPT insegnerà negli Stati Uniti, verrà fornito un modulo didattico "Active Shooter Response" con Simunition (R) alle squadre di sicurezza delle ambasciate negli Stati Uniti assegnate ai rispettivi paesi .
CPT e GTI saranno affiancati da Dan (Sic), Jason, James, Rich (Lee), e Denver, anche il PGPD Special Assignment Team Alpha parteciperà fornendo competenze sul "mechanical breaching" (metodi di apertura forzata varchi di accesso), supporto come giocatori di ruolo e sicurezza durante l'addestramento.
Incluse nel post le foto della struttura all'avanguardia per gli ingressi ad alto rischio.
La struttura suddetta è monitorata da 100 telecamere , il sistema audio può riprodurre qualsiasi cosa nell'intero edificio, dalla musica alle urla agli spari, la location può essere riempita di fumo (anche frazionato per ambienti) e l'illuminazione può essere totalmente controllata, tutto gestito dalla "control room", oltre questo sono presenti e completamente operative varie porte da addestramento, complete di telai, per mettere in pratica le varie tecniche di "breaching".
Inoltre, GTI tornerà (come da alcuni anni a questa parte) sul suolo italiano per portarvi nuovi ed entusiasmanti corsi.
Durante questo periodo GTI è stata in grado di coinvolgere David di CPT in due moduli di apprendimento (superati con punteggio massimo) a distanza, presso Texas A&M University Engineering Extension, tramite l'organizzazione "Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training":
- Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events Instructor
- Active Attack Event Response Leadership 2020
David è ora certificato come istruttore negli Stati Uniti.
Nel frattempo Dan "Sic" e Mike hanno iniziato ad erogare l'addestramento previsto dal contratto, recentemente stipulato, con il Dipartimento di Polizia di Point Pleasant Beach nel New Jersey al fine di fornire il modulo di formazione "Vehicle Counter Ambush Tactics".
CPT e GTI sostengono la propria formazione con l'esperienza del mondo reale, per questo riceverete la vostra formazione nonchè lo sviluppo ed evoluzione dei corsi da istruttori che sono stati convalidati e hanno dimostrato di essere coinvolti in scontri a fuoco nel mondo reale, non da un qualsiasi autoproclamatosi istruttore sui social media o da un professionista del cronografo.

VEHICLE COUNTER AMBUSH

🇺🇸 Gladius Training International will be conducting a Vehicle Counter Ambush course for the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department, New Jersey. The course will be delivered to the patrol officer, who is most likely to encounter this type of situation, it will go over current trends and the best practices in order to safely defeat and avoid ambush situations.
🇮🇹 Gladius Training International condurrà un corso Vehicle Counter Ambush per il Dipartimento di Polizia di Point Pleasant Beach, nel New Jersey. L'addestramento verrà fornito agli agenti di pattuglia, che molto probabilmente si troveranno ad affrontare questo tipo di situazione, tratterà le procedure attuali e le migliori pratiche per operare in sicurezza ed evitare di finire in un'imboscata.

🇮🇹 è con grande dispiacere che siamo costretti ad annullare i trainings programmati per ottobre, essendo ancora attive le limitazioni per i viaggiatori provenienti dagli Stati Uniti (e di altre nazioni) e nonostante gli sforzi profusi fino all'ultimo minuto da più amici ed enti (che ringraziamo in forma privata), non ci è possibile far arrivare Mike in Italia in quanto per soggiorni superiori a 5 giorni si rende obbligatorio un periodo di auto isolamento di 14 giorni.

Questo è un ottimo esempio di ciò che CPT / GTI sostengono da tempo, quando si verifica un'imboscata al veicolo è assolutamente necessario uscire dal veicolo per ingaggiare, rimanere nel veicolo in uno spazio ristretto, con eventuale buffetteria limita completamente i movimenti, impegnarsi ad attingere i bersagli attraverso il parabrezza non è una buona idea, come potete vedere i colpi degli attaccanti sono ben piazzati e tutti nella kill zone, fortunatamente l'ufficiale non è rimasto nel veicolo ed ha "vinto" l'ingaggio. Le tattiche tacticool di Hollywood, anche se divertenti e scenicamente "fighe" possono provocare ferimenti o peggio. Ciò che insegniamo potrebbe non essere sexy o divertente, ma ti manterrà in vita.

This is a great example of what we teach here at CPT/GTI, when a vehicle ambush occurs it is absolutely necessary to get out of the vehicle to engage, staying in the vehicle is a confined space and completely restricts your movement, engaging by shooting through the windshield is not a good idea, as you can see the bad guys rounds are well placed and all in the kill zone, fortunately the officer did not stay in the vehicle and won the engagement. Hollywood and Tacticool tactics, while fun and cool will get you hurt or killed. What we teach may not be sexy or fun, but it will absolutely keep you alive.

mi dispiace informarvi che Delta Airlines ha definitivamente cancellato il mio volo per Roma.
Gladius Training International e Close Protection Team continueranno a monitorare la situazione in attesa di riprendere, quando sarà consentito, le classi a Roma ed in Italia.
Grazie alla partnership pluriennale tra Close Protection Team e Gladius Training International, David ed io siamo lieti di annunciare che inizieremo a tenere classi congiunte negli Stati Uniti, dove Gladius Training International opera già da anni.
Quest'anno, emergenza globale permettendo, abbiamo in programma per l’autunno di tenere un corso Active Shooter(s) Response per security teams di ambasciate presso Washington DC, intendiamo anche sfruttare l'esperienza di David in materia di sicurezza e protezione personale al fine di offrire formazione in ambito executive protection.
Stiamo anche istituendo un programma di scambio (con l’obiettivo della cadenza annuale) con cui potremo portare un operatore italiano a frequentare un corso negli Stati Uniti con spese sostenute dall’organizzazione.
Avendo l’intenzione di continuare ad offrire formazione in Italia, vi preghiamo di pazientare con noi durante questo periodo di transizione.
Molti di voi hanno mostrato interesse per un corso DMR / Sniper, Gladius Training ha nel suo staff un operatore con questa qualifica che al suo attivo ha oltre 300 impieghi inclusi assegnamenti con ruolo di sicurezza presidenziale counter sniper.
Dan "Sic" Siculietano è membro dello S.W.a.T. team della Contea di Prince George ed ha un'enorme bagaglio di conoscenza ed esperienza da trasmettere.
Ci impegniamo a fornirvi il miglior standard di formazione da parte di professionisti che non insegnano solamente, ma che svolgono per lavoro ciò che insegnano.
Negli Stati Uniti avremo accesso ad una shoothouse per Simunition a 2 piani, con la capacità di registrare le sessioni addestrative essendo completamente coperta da oltre 100 videocamere, un sistema audio in grado di riprodurre qualsiasi cosa, dalla musica agli spari, la possibilità di cambiare l'illuminazione e riempire gli ambienti di fumo ed inoltre 2 porte/telai da addestramento per tecniche di breaching/method of entry.

Sappiamo che è un momento difficile per l'Italia e che ci vorrà tempo perchè ci si possa riprendere, ma siamo fiduciosi che questo possa avvenire in un tempo ragionevole, nella speranza che tutti diano il massimo per raggiungere gli obiettivi primari per la comunità: non siate egoisti!
