It's STRESS AWARENESS MONTH and I am sharing some helpful ways to manage stress and keep burnout at bay.

In today's busy world we often forget to slow down, take some time and BREATHE. Meditation and Breathing Exercises are a great way to manage stress. Just taking 10-20 minutes for yourself every day can have many benefits for your mental and physical wellbeing.

You can practice self-guided meditation at home or take part in a group meditation either online or in person.

If you are looking to give Meditation a try or are simply curious - why not join me for an ONLINE GUIDED MEDITATION session over zoom EVERY THURSDAY at 8:30am. No previous experience required.
