TerraSalata is a Pas Dosé Metodo Classico born where the Olivetan monks once chose to cultivate their Vernaccia. They selected these quiet hills, with their orderly rows of vines brushing against the ancient Abbazia Monte Oliveto, a land shaped long ago by an ancient ocean. Its aromas recall ripe citrus, acacia blossom, and fresh almond, unfolding gradually and combining with the delicate mineral notes of its marine soils 🌊
