1999 Valdonica has found me...it was my starting point for an unplanned journey. At the beginning the beauty and untouched nature of Valdonica has been outshining the abandoned land and buildings. With spirit, passion, diligence and hard work the Valdonica-Team has laid the grounds for the new flourishing of Valdonica - along our vision: Minimize Human Interference to Maximize the Flourishing of Nature

- Valdonica has chosen the organic path of wine and olive oil production: Vineyards and olive trees, pastures ans forests are growing using strict organic practises...
- Cantina and Vineyard residence are built to ensure their impact on the environment is as small as possible: Solar panels, clean burning, hot water heating ensures that the energy for Cantina and Vineyard residence comes mainly from the wood gathered from the forests of Valdonica
- Guestrooms are designed in a minimalistic style using traditional materials of Maremma crafted by finest artisans: beds are made from ancient, old oak-barrels; Bathrobes, linen, towels are handmade locally - the best Tuscany can offer
