Quest'anno abbiamo visitato HostMilano2025 per salutare alcuni clienti che esponevano e per osservare da vicino i player di un settore molto variegato, ma unito da un unico filo conduttore: la lavorazione dell’ per uso alimentare.

Approfittiamo di questa occasione per parlarvi di STILFER. Fondata nel 1968 a Genova, produce attrezzature professionali in acciaio inox per cucine commerciali, con standard costruttivi molto elevati.

Nel 2022 hanno sostituito la loro punzonatrice Amada con la torretta elettrica TLX-E di TECHNOLOGY Italiana | Laser & Punching machines, campo di lavoro 1250 × 2500 mm e 34 stazioni di cui due Index.

Il sistema a torretta, molto simile a quello a cui erano abituati, è stato scelto per garantire continuità operativa e facilità d’uso.

La scelta è stata guidata da tre esigenze operative:

1. Compatibilità utensili torretta in loro possesso.
2. Massima affidabilità, grazie ad una torretta tra le più alte sul mercato, scelta per robustezza e performance costanti.
3. Affidabilità su inox: oltre tre anni di operatività quotidiana con solo manutenzioni ordinarie.

This year we visited HostMilano2025 to greet some of our exhibiting customers and to observe up close the players in a diverse sector linked by a single common thread: the processing of for food use.

We take this opportunity to tell you about STILFER.
Founded in 1968 in Genoa, STILFER manufactures professional stainless steel equipment for commercial kitchens, built to very high standards.

In 2022 they replaced their Amada turret punch with the TLX‑E electric turret from TECHNOLOGY Italiana | Laser & Punching machines, with a 1250 × 2500 mm working area and 34 stations, including two index stations.

The turret system, very similar to the one they were used to, was chosen to ensure operational continuity and ease of use.

Key reasons for the choice

1. Compatibility with the turret tooling they already owned.
2. Maximum reliability, thanks to a turret ranked among the tallest and most dependable on the market for robust, consistent performance.
