There is a moment in the vineyard when everything begins to change.
It is called veraison: the stage when grapes start their transformation, changing colour, becoming softer and slowly accumulating sugars. It marks the transition from growth to ripening, bringing us closer and closer to harvest.
A quiet moment, yet a fundamental one ✨
Today nature moves a little faster: in recent years, climate change has brought the harvest forward by an average of around 20 days. In fact, our waiting is already over: this Monday (in just three days!) we will officially begin the harvest for our sparkling w**e base. 🥂
In the meantime, we observe the final details, prepare the crates, and get ready to accompany this new beginning with the same care as always 🍇
