At TS International, each rubber seal undergoes 100% sorting, performed either:
🔹 by qualified operators with in-depth product knowledge;
🔹 or through automated optical and dimensional sorting systems, capable of detecting even the slightest non-conformities.

This approach ensures defective parts are immediately discarded and only fully compliant components are delivered to the client.

✅ At the end of the sorting process, an AQL – Acceptable Quality Level check is performed, validating the effectiveness of the operation according to international quality standards.
