I grappoli stanno maturando e la vendemmia è ormai alle porte.
Ogni anno ci chiediamo se saremo pronti: al caldo, alle giornate infinite, agli imprevisti che inevitabilmente arrivano. Un trattore che si ferma nel momento meno opportuno, una macchina in cantina che decide di non collaborare, o semplicemente la fatica di un periodo che mette tutti alla prova.
La verità è che non si è mai completamente pronti a una vendemmia. Ma c’è una certezza che ci accompagna ogni giorno: la volontà di fare vino con sempre maggiore qualità, cura e rispetto per quello che la vigna ci offre.
Adesso inizia il conto alla rovescia. 🍇🍷
