Il nuovo spirito di una terra senza tempo...

Ogliastra: abitata da olivastri millenari, questa terra sembra aver preso da loro il suo nome. Mite nel clima, ritma la zona centro-orientale della Sardegna con il suo territorio prima pianeggiante, poi collinoso.

Ogliastra: this land populated by millennial and ancient olive threes, seems to have taken his name from them. Located in the east-central part of the region, mild climate, the territory starts flat and then hilly.

Ci piace esplorare, rileggere la tradizione, tornare alle radici, cercare nuovi modi per raccontare la terra. Da questo desiderio nascono due vini Saraja: “Dedicato” e “Pinna Nobilis”. Due espressioni diverse, due origini diverse: Dedicato in Gallura, Pinna Nobili nel Sulcis.

We like to explore, reinterpret tradition, return to our roots, and seek new ways to tell the story of the land. From this vision, two wines are born: “Dedicato” and “Pinna Nobilis”. Two different expressions, two different origins: Dedicato in Gallura, Pinna Nobili in Sulcis.

Ci sono storie Saraja che nascono anche lontano dalla vigna.
“Pinna Nobilis” affonda le radici tra mare e sabbia: prende il suo nome dal mollusco che si radica nelle sabbie del Sulcis attraverso il bisso. Un legame profondo e antico tra mare e terra, tra le sabbie dei fondali e quelle rosse delle vigne.
È un vino che affonda le sue radici in questa longevità: cinque anni di affinamento in bottiglia, in silenzio. È il risultato di ciò che resta, anche quando tutto cambia.

Pinna Nobilis.

Some Saraja stories begin far beyond the vineyard.�“Pinna Nobilis” takes root between sea and sand: it draws its name from the mollusk that anchors itself in the sands of Sulcis through byssus. A deep and ancient bond between sea and land, between the sands of the seabed and the red soils of the vineyards.
It is a wine rooted in this sense of longevity: five years of bottle ageing, in silence. It is the result of what remains, even when everything changes.

A chi c’era dall’inizio, quando tutto era ancora da costruire.

Karì dì Pètra.
Si riconosce subito: giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati.
Si esprime al naso: intenso, con note di frutta bianca, cedro candito, nocciola e vaniglia, intrecciate a sfumature minerali e speziate.
Si svela al palato: ricco e avvolgente, con una struttura piena e un finale elegante e armonioso.

It is immediately recognizable: a straw yellow color with golden reflections.
It reveals itself on the nose: intense, with notes of white fruit, candied citron, hazelnut and vanilla, intertwined with mineral and spicy nuances.
It unfolds on the palate: rich and enveloping, with a full structure and an elegant, harmonious finish.
