Oggi siamo a Bari, presso il Campus Universitario “E. Quagliariello”, per una giornata di confronto tra mondo tecnico e scientifico sui temi dell’innovazione in agricoltura.

There’s nothing better than sharing a few light-hearted moments with your colleagues… especially when the “thank you” comes in the form of arrosticini! 😄
Today, our intern Davide decided to thank us in the best possible way: by bringing everyone together around the table.
A special thank you also goes to F.lli Branciaroli Arrosticini for the much-appreciated gift… we can confirm that it was a huge success and that practically nothing was left!
Because teamwork is important… but an arrosticini break definitely has its own special value too!
Davide, we look forward to seeing you next summer!

Non c’è niente di più bello che condividere qualche momento di leggerezza con i propri collaboratori… soprattutto quando il “grazie” arriva sotto forma di arrosticini! 😄
Oggi il nostro tirocinante Davide ha deciso di ringraziarci nel modo migliore possibile: mettendo tutti d’accordo a tavola.

Res Agraria sarà presente alle Giornate Tecniche SOI_SAIOF 2026.
Il 10 e 11 settembre saremo a Bari, presso il Campus Universitario "E. Quagliariello", per partecipare alla seconda edizione dell'evento "Sensoristica ed Intelligenza Artificiale in Ortoflorofrutticoltura".

Saranno due giornate di confronto diretto tra il mondo tecnico e quello scientifico su temi cruciali per l'innovazione del nostro settore: sensoristica, automazione, modellistica, DSS e Intelligenza Artificiale, con un approccio fortemente applicativo.
L'evento è organizzato dal GL SOI, in collaborazione con il Di.S.S.P.A. dell’Università degli Studi di Bari “Aldo MORO” e A.R.P.T.R.A.

Managing the European corn borer (Ostrinia nubilalis) is one of the greatest hurdles for corn growers today. 🌽
Because the adult moths fly over an extended summer window and lay eggs in staggered phases, new larvae constantly hatch and bore directly into the stalks, safely out of reach of conventional treatments.
This overlapping lifecycle makes standard pest control exceptionally difficult, shifting the focus to early and precise field monitoring.

Gestire la piralide del mais (Ostrinia nubilalis) rappresenta una delle sfide più ardue per i maiscoltori. 🌽
Poiché il volo delle farfalle si protrae per tutta l'estate con ovideposizioni continue, le nuove larve nascono a ondate e si insediano rapidamente all'interno dei culmi, al riparo dai trattamenti convenzionali.
Rende il controllo diretto estremamente complesso, spostando l'attenzione sull'importanza di un monitoraggio preventivo e puntuale.
