La vendemmia non finisce con l’ultimo grappolo.
Fuori, la Valle di Cembra si accende d’autunno: i filari si colorano di giallo e di rosso, le terrazze tornano silenziose.
Dentro, nella nostra cantina scavata nella roccia, il vino nuovo prende forma: è qui che nascono i vini della nuova annata e le basi dei nostri Trentodoc.
In vigna, pietra su pietra, ci prendiamo cura di ciò che sostiene i nostri filari: muri a secco e terrazzamenti.
Poi arrivano l’attesa e il silenzio. Al ritmo della montagna.

The harvest doesn’t end with the last bunch of grapes.
Outside, the Cembra Valley lights up with autumn: the rows turn yellow and red, the terraces fall silent again.
Inside, in our cellar carved into the rock, the new w**e takes shape: this is where the w**es of the vintage and the base w**es for our Trentodoc are born.
In the vineyard, stone by stone, we take care of what holds our vines up: dry-stone walls, posts and terraces.
Then will come waiting and silence. At the pace of the mountain.
