Rosalind Franklin's work was extremely important for understanding DNA and its structure, but only after death did it come to the conclusion that she was the actual discoverer of DNA helix morphology.
Her studies allowed her to develop an innovative technique that used X-rays to photograph the constituents of all living and non-living materials, through a micro-camera capable of producing high-definition photographs of individual DNA strands. He got beautiful images, including the famous "Photograph 51".
Thus it was discovered that DNA was composed of two forms, form A and form B, and joined together in a spiral form.
