A Trial by Fire
During the peak of the global pandemic, tragedy struck. A devastating fire destroyed the Italian workshop responsible for our iconic flower straps. In an instant, years of craftsmanship and our master artisan’s touch seemed lost forever. I vividly remember driving through the rolling hills of Tuscany in tears, desperately searching for a way to save the soul of TOTUM, but our artisans were out of reach.
The Artisan’s Resolve
In the face of despair, I made a life-changing decision: "If it no longer exists, I will breathe life into it myself."
Driven by pure passion, my family and I took up the tools. We hand-carved the flower molds from scratch and meticulously blended colors to capture the authentic hues of the Tuscan landscape and the timeless Renaissance spirit of Firenze. Every petal and every strap is a result of that arduous, handcrafted journey.
Blooming Once More
We were deeply moved when supporters in Italy and Korea immediately recognized the soul infused into these straps. Although the intricate, handcrafted process means our production remains limited, we are now ready to bring the Miss O collection back to those who waited.
At TOTUM, we believe in design with a soul. Like small, resilient flowers blooming after a long winter, we will never stop creating beauty.
