Solo chi fa commette errori... chi non fa nulla non sbaglia mai. Se sbagliamo con un cliente, non temiamo di scusarci e di chiedergli un consiglio su come non ripetere un tale errore. Forse non recupereremo il cliente ma sicuramente impareremo una buona lezione e forse avremmo il suo rispetto.

Only those who work make mistakes... those who make nothing, never make errors. If we make a mistake with a customer, we shouldn't be afraid of apologising and asking the advise not to make the same error again. We may not regain the customer but we will surely learn a good lesson and probably get his respect.
