RKB bearings for the textile industry 🇮🇹
RKB and an Italian manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the textile industry, specializing in fabric finishing, continue their collaboration launched in 2024.
RKB medium-sized spherical roller bearings are integrated into sueding and raising machines to improve reliability, durability, and production efficiency.
These bearings are selected for their high radial and axial load capacity, misalignment tolerance, and suitability for continuous-duty textile production environments.

RKB bearings for concrete mixer gearboxes 🇲🇽
In 2019, RKB spherical roller bearings with a WOR (wide outer ring) design were first supplied as spare parts for concrete mixer gearboxes used by leading manufacturers in the Mexican cement sector, replacing earlier solutions.
The RKB steel cage design was soon preferred over polyamide alternatives, receiving positive feedback from users.
To date, almost 1,500 RKB spherical roller bearings with a WOR design have been delivered for Foton and McNeilus concrete mixer fleets.
These mixers are equipped with Danfoss gearboxes that use a specially engineered RKB bearing, which increases misalignment tolerance, sustains higher loads at low speeds, and reduces cracking risk through a specialized heat treatment process.

A recent expansion of a major steel plant in Egypt marks a significant development in the country’s industrial sector.
As the primary bearing supplier, RKB collaborated with the provider of core technologies for the new pelletizing facility, which is designed to produce millions of tons of iron ore pellets annually.

Impressive order from one of the USA’s leading steel producers 🇺🇸
We have just shipped 15 pallets from our headquarters in Switzerland to a major MRO customer in the USA who operates in the steel industry.
The shipment contains multirow bearings for one of their bar mills.
