We are looking for an Employer Branding specialist to join our Advisory team and help our clients deliver their best possible story and provide their best employee AND candidate experiences. You will be great at;

Identifying what it is about the client that makes their staff want to stay and their candidates want to join.
Exploit the clients USPs to gain share of voice in the candidate market.
Developing the best candidate communications that draw them down the funnel from 'Awareness' to 'Apply'.
Delivering inventive & persuasive Social Media campaigns.
Storyboarding employee experiences and company culture into video / visual content.
Partnering with a variety of client contacts across seniority levels to extract as much relevant detail to ensure our Employer Branding council satisfies all parties.
Setting up Recruitment events, virtual or face to face.
Understanding the candidate market and its behaviors in order to formulate the best targeting plan.
Managing an end to end EB campaign from the creation all the way through to deployment.

Requirements
If you genuinely believe you can do the job described above then there is only two core requirements. University degree or X amount of years experience and all the outdated job requirements are not important to us.

Firstly. You have experience in the majority of the deliverables listed above. Our clients are so important to us and we expect the best possible service so if you think you can do the role - click apply.

Secondly. You are incredibly passionate about employee and candidate experience. Our clients deserve to have someone on their account that genuinely cares about the content they deliver and the impact it has on the employment market. Especially in these times.

Candidate Experience is currently falling short. Now is the time to collect & analyse the new joiner data to implement real change as your recruitment process starts up again in the coming months.

Recessions always end, and when this one does, companies will begin to grow once more and create an atmosphere where keeping their candidates feeling engaged and personalised, throughout the recruitment process, will be the priority in order to beat their competition to the best talent.
