Another milestone reached for the Vantage World Tour.

With the support of sponsors and supporters, Philip and Will Churchill have now completed a remarkable 3,500-mile journey across Australia, travelling from Sydney to Perth and taking in iconic locations including Bathurst and the vast Nullarbor Plain along the way.

This latest leg brings their incredible journey to 21,500 miles across 16 countries, while raising more than £33,500 for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), helping to fund around 2,800 potentially life-saving calls.

We work hard to avoid feedback disappearing into a “survey black hole.” Insights are reviewed by leadership and local teams, shared openly, and translated into practical actions. Each location and function creates its own action plan within a global framework, helping ensure changes are relevant and meaningful for people on the ground.

That approach has helped strengthen engagement across the business, reflected in an increase in our eNPS score. Through our “You Said, We Did” updates, we keep people informed about what’s changing and the thinking behind it.

At its core, it’s simple: when people feel heard, they stay engaged. And engaged people help build stronger businesses.

Alex and Dominika from our Isle of Man office recently took advantage of a secondment opportunity.

“When the opportunity came up to support the Client team in Jersey, we didn’t think twice about putting our hands up.

‘It was a chance to step into a new environment, work with a different team and experience how things operate in another jurisdiction.

‘What we didn’t expect was just how much we’d get out of it.

‘From day one, we were welcomed into the team and trusted to get involved. We’ve been able to build new connections across the business, work with different clients and gain insight into a wider range of structures and approaches.

‘It’s been a great reminder that sometimes the best way to grow isn’t changing roles, it’s changing your environment.
