🌍 Celebrating culture, community and connection

October is , so what better opportunity to celebrate the wonderful mix of cultures within our team?

For our Cultural Diversity Day, colleagues from and brought in food representing their cultures, taking our tastebuds on a journey from Jamaican flavours to African, Cypriot and Swedish delights, and plenty more besides!

But the day was about so much more than great food. Sharing food has a wonderful way of bringing people together, sparking conversations between colleagues who might not normally get the chance to interact and giving us an opportunity to share stories and learn a little more about one another.

We were at the Victoria College, Jersey 2026 Careers Fair today, and what a fantastic day it’s been!

It was our first time attending, and we’re proud to have been able to meet students and chat about the many career opportunities available at .

We were really impressed by the brilliant questions and fantastic engagement - our stand certainly kept us busy!

With opportunities spanning AI, Application Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & AI, cyber security services, and IT managed services, there are plenty of different career paths to discover.

Thanks again to all you that either attended or contributed to the success of our 2026 BDO/ C5 Charity Golf Day.

The final analysis now done, the total raised was £15,000 to the benefit of Jersey Hospice Care .

👉That's a 20% uplift on the amount raised in 2025.

👉Our 2nd best result since we started hosting the event in 2016.

👉Nearly £140,000 raised for local charities over that time.

🔐 Passkeys are becoming the default authentication method in Microsoft Entra ID from September 2026, with Microsoft-provided SMS and voice authentication retiring on 1 February 2027.

Guernsey Employment Trust supports disabled, neurodivergent and disadvantaged people to prepare for, find and maintain work in Guernsey.
