The BIZcare Story:
A journey which began behind the departmental walls within the accounting unit of the Tax Office in May Pen; Kmar Henry saw the need to create an entity that would not just offer Tax Filing, but also to show individuals, self-employed & small business owners the essentiality behind properly structuring their core business functions. Thus, giving birth to a consulting and accoun
ting entity by the name of BIZcare; a name created merely by the addition of the patios word as we call as Jamaicans ‘BIZ’ & ‘Care,’ more simply put ‘a business that cares for your business. Which further formulated the reason behind our slogan; ‘Your Business is our Priority.’A log which was then designed and created by Debbie-ann Fagan-Warren, who is the mentor of Kmar Henry, a figure which proved instrumental behind the whole structuring of BIZcare. Knowing that this concept will work, On March 1, 2016, Kmar Henry wasted little time to venture off within his newfound field only two weeks after scribbling his resignation letter and submit to his manager. Whilst carefully knitting and formulating his dream of becoming a business owner within not just the fields of consulting & accounting but also to formulate a business that will supply products within the stationery category. Kmar Henry is equipped with all the necessary fundamental, work experience & educational criteria to guide individuals, self-employed & small business owners within the right path due to his experiences within the fields of inventory management, tax filing, marketing & accounting. His intellectual ability was carefully varnished throughout his time while employed at the May Pen Tax Office in which his supervisor expressed how quickly he caught unto whatever was taught. A skill of which he now passes unto his students during his tenure as an instructor within the field of Entrepreneurship at the Middlesex International College. A subject that he loves dearly as students express his passion and enthusiasm daily. Ultimate Goal
