If you have forgotten your username or password, trying to reset them through the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ link on the website will not work at this time. To get your username, you will need to send a text message to your gateway:

Send this message: GWEBUSER
EG: GWEBUSER

If you have forgotten your password, send a text message to your gateway:

Send this message: RESET(space)WEBPASS(space)PIN(space)NEWPASS
EG: RESET WEBPASS PIN MYNEWPASSWORD

(Password should be 7 characters or more)

NB. If you are using a Lime phone, your gateway number is 125.
If you are using a Digicel phone, your gateway number is 8764442491

You can sell credit from your web account if there are issues with the text messaging platform.

NB. If you are having issues with your phone, have your account number ready. Call Coolbiz support and ask the representative to reactivate your account by updating your phone number and PIN. You can contact Coolbiz support at 876-619-2665 or 876-795-0191, Mondays to Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you are using a different phone number from the one you signed up with, and you do not have access to the old number, you may add the new number to the system by contacting Coolbiz support at 876-619-2665 or 876-795-0191, Mondays to Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you are using the same phone number and wish to use another number, follow these steps:
First, you need to add the new number. Send a text message to your gateway as follows:

EG: ADD PHONE 1234 8761234567

If you are using a Lime phone, your gateway number is 125.
If you are using a Digicel phone, your gateway number is 8764442491

After this has been updated, send another text message to remove the old phone number.

NB. A DISTRIBUTOR can sell credit, earn retail profit, and commissions, and recruit others. A RETAILER can only sell credit and earn retail profit.
