RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare or distribute literature, videos and also other presentations of information about company and products.
• Distribute samples to existing or prospective customers.
• Present and negotiate price, credit and other sales or service agreement terms and conditions.
• Answer customer questions about availability and delivery schedules of products.
• Ensure scheduled or proper delivery of products and services.
• Offer ongoing support to the customer after purchase.
• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Provide weekly reports to supervisor

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Associate Degree in Marketing/Sales Management or related field
