Job Title: General Maintenance Officer
Nature of Work:
The General Maintenance Officer supports both Maintenance and Safety teams under the supervision of the Safety & Maintenance Supervisor and the Senior Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintenance and safety tasks such as working on guardrails, fencing, closures, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and masonry assistance.
Key Duties:
Follow up on and perform maintenance of structures and equipment.
Monitor subcontractors and assist Patrol Officers when needed.
Implement safety and traffic control measures during special events or emergencies.
Conduct preventive maintenance of drainage systems, road signs, and minor road repairs.
Maintain fencing, greenery, and ensure the roadways are free of debris and hazards.
Detect and report safety or security hazards.
