The company’s founder is the Chief Executive Officer and has over thirteen (13) years experience as an officer with the Jamaican Military, where he has attained specialised training in various maritime security fields and was in command of all underwater operations island wide. He was also responsible for the training of all JDF’s Elite group of military divers. Our founder holds certifications from the United States Navy, United States Coast Guard and the Royal Navy in Maritime security operations and operational planning, and has participated in many Joint operations with local and international Law Enforcement Agencies and detachments. Diving and Security Solutions employs trained guards, most of whom have had military and paramilitary training and experience. These guards operate with an enhanced sense of duty and loyalty to their profession as Marine Security Officers, while they perform their duties. They go above and beyond during emergencies; in the case of fires, they act as first responders to alert, respond and secure, in the case of a near drowning some of our personnel are lifeguard trained and can perform rescue operations as well as execute life-saving techniques, such as Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) as needed. Additionally, some of our marine security officers are trained seamen that can operate boats and boast training in seamanship. As our personnel conduct their duties they maintain a high level of excellence and efficiency in all our security operations. Through our mobile response team the company has the capacity to respond effectively to all emergencies at any of our locations.
