1. First Class Janitorial Services will provide all chemicals and equipment/materials necessary (such as garbage bags, mops, cleaning cloths, brooms etc.) to effectively and efficiently carry our daily maintenance.
2. Sweep and mop rooms, corridors and waiting areas and clean and disinfect surfaces such as floors and counters.
3. Wash bathrooms and ensure that they are disinfected.
4. Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors by using glass cleaner, soap water and sponges
5. Dust and polish furniture and make sure that all curtains are vacuumed or shampooed on a periodic basis.
6. Empty trash receptacles and ensure that they are clean properly from the inside.
7. Wipe down walls doors and wall hangings using appropriate types of cleaners and cloth.
