FINANCE OFFICER

Do you have knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry, customer service, accounting, and retail processes? Do you have a track record of achieving results and meeting deadlines? Are you self-motivated and can work on your own initiative? The successful candidate must have at least three years’ experience in a similar role in a retail or manufacturing environment. The ideal applicant should understand accounting reporting standards, service quality control processes, safety protocols and working within a semi-automated environment. ACCA Level 2 and 3 would be an asset. Additionally, experience managing inventory and cash management systems is a definite plus.

THE ROLE
The Finance Officer reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following
· Balancing daily, weekly, or monthly batches and reports
· Liaise with customer and Sales Representative
· Assisting with customer collections, tracing and reconciling payments.
· Entering and balancing account data
· Assist with customer cash and credit application process
· Must have a track record of accounts receivables and AR management

QUALIFICATIONS
• A degree in Business Management/Finance/ related area or equivalent qualifications with at least three (3) years of related work experience particularly in Finance.
• ACCA Level 2, 3 or CAT and Three years progressive accounting experience
• This position requires knowledge of ACCPAC and SAGE system.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES FOR THE POSITION
• Experience in Financial and AR Management with excellent customer service skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications & Excel and Accounting Software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• A strong record of achieving results and meeting deadlines.
• Supervisory skills and interpersonal skills

PRODUCTION WORKER

THE ROLE
The Production Worker reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for the following
· Safely and efficiently operate manual and semi-automatic equipment and machinery to meet factory demands
· Manufacture paints to specific formulations and guidelines
· Structure workload to efficiently meet production demands in a timely manner
· Maintain safety and environment policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed secondary level education or training in Technical Vocation Education
• Three (3) Years experience as a production worker or a machine operator in a paint and manufacturing environment
• Operating a forklift would be a definite asset
