Listening is such a critical leadership skill. Without pausing and listening to your Guests, teams, and partners acutely, one will not be successful. Having the ability to listen keenly has incredible benefits to understand, connect, and grow your relationships and business. I have practiced and shared the importance of keen listening in our roles at Disney.
In the case of guest service, just by listening to what your Guest is asking for, you now have the prime opportunity to satisfy and enhance their experiences, reflect and determine how this can enhance the offerings and brand, and importantly, drive your profitability.
