Allied Protection began its operations on April 1, 2002 after the merger of United Protection and Allied Protection Systems and Services Limited. The company employs over 700 well-trained security officers a
nd operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, with assignments in all of the parishes except St. United Protection Limited was established in 1982; the owners subsequently acquired Allied Protection Systems and Services Limited in 1991 and operated this business as a separate entity until the first quarter of 2002. At this time, the Board of Directors decided to merge the operations of both companies and this move was easily facilitated, as the major shareholders were the same persons. It was also unanimously endorsed that the merged company would operate under the name of Allied Protection Limited. The company has grown tremendously serving both industrial and residential clients with top quality security and excellent customer service.
