We offer certificates in different forms of etiquette, grooming, general protocol and Savoir-vivre. We are launched here in Kingston, Jamaica on Molynes Rd. Being the first institution in Jamaica to bring back the traditions of the European Finishing School mixed with the contemporary cultural expectations that are present in our modern society. We specialise in international social etiquette, grooming & hygiene, finishing and European savoir-vivre, global business etiquette, youth etiquette and protocol for the international VIP, official and diplomatic realms. Our philosophy is that everyone is a VIP and, as such, deserves a solid foundation in the principles of giving and receiving respect which will become their passport to success across the world. Roberts holds a degree in fine arts and has 11 years of professional training in fine arts and is currently pursing a second degree by double majoring in Entrepreneur/ Entertainment management and minoring in Marketing at the University of the west indies. Roberts is a Model, Etiquette Coach, Acting Coach, Entertainment Expert, Brand Ambassador, Philanthropist to name a few. She has worked with many talented individuals in Entertainment, Business, and Pageantry and many more. Charlene Roberts is the Hot 102 Fm Jamaica radio station morning host and is the reigning Ms. United Nations 2016, and previously signed to Wilhelmina model agency, and Pulse Model agency, she has been brand Ambassadors to company Such as BLU phone company, Kimoochii Villa resort, Everyday Auto parts Company, Walked numerous Runways in New York fashion week.
