Seventeen (17) years of experience working in the Local Government System in Jamaica
Extensive knowledge of all the Laws/Regulations and processes involved in the workings of Local Government in Jamaica. I will provide advisory services on how to smoothly navigate the processes within the local government system in Jamaica. I will lead all client/s activities from the initial applications to final approvals with all the state agencies namely the Municipal Corporations, the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA), National Water Commission (NWC), National Works Agency (NWA) and the Jamaica Public service Company ( JPSCo.) to name a few. To international investors, I will be your first point of contact in providing information/advice on all the steps necessary to obtain the necessary approvals before your project/s can commence.
