This flat-roof solar setup was built for the hurricane season 😎☀️

Using the SnapNrack rail and snap mounting system, the panels are secured with engineered aluminum rails, stainless hardware, and integrated mounting technology designed specifically for high-wind. The system’s aerodynamic skirting acts like a wind deflector, thereby reducing uplift by stopping wind from getting underneath the array while also giving the installation a sleek finished look.

To further protect energy production, the system was intentionally oversized with additional panels, helping maintain strong output even during cloudy conditions, heat losses, or seasonal production dips. Smart design = more consistent power ⚡

The SnapNrack Ultra Rail and TopSpeed systems are engineered for extreme weather conditions and are rated for wind loads up to approximately 190 mph.

One of the coolest parts? Much of the SnapNrack system is pre-assembled before reaching the roof, which improves alignment, speeds up installation, and creates a cleaner, stronger finished array with fewer exposed components.
