The PQS employs many methods to fulfill duties related cost planning, cost benefit analysis, tendering, valuations, cost estimation, dispute resolution Etc. on behalf of the Client or a Developer. The CQS is responsible for measurement and pricing of Construction Work specifically performed by the Contractor. He represents the Contractor in mirroring the operations of the PQS on any given project.
