Jamaica International Arbitration Centre The Jamaica International Arbitration Centre is an independent arbitration and ADR centre serving dispute management needs of the caribbean and the world.

The Jamaica International Arbitration Centre Ltd. serves a growing need within the Caribbean for Arbitration and other ADR options for the settlement of commercial, investment, treaty, and other disputes. We are a Caribbean based entity established with institutional support from the UWI to meet the following needs:

1. Regional presence with global support
2. Strategic geographic location being

between North, Central and South America
3. Easy to navigate international travel connections and gateways
4. Reliable telecommunication
5. Multi-lingual facilities for regional and international communication
6. Panel of experienced domestic and international arbitrators
7. Foreign lawyers are allowed to appear in arbitral proceedings
8. Fees are fixed with a structure that is very competitive
9. Developed new rules to cater to the growing demands of the global business community
10. Award made by the arbitral tribunal is final and binding
