Sterling Elite Security Academy forms a part of Sterling Elite Limited. The name of our company is Sterling Elite. Though the company bares the same name as its founder, the name Sterling refers to the character of the staff at the company. The staff is chosen based the highest standard of character established. We are a cut above the rest in terms of our performance as referred to by the latter p
art of our name. We are aimed at being separate and apart from the norm of security standards. We have set a standard that will be met by all who work for the company, from the highest managing officer to newest security officer. Our slogan, “Security Beyond Reproach”, say it all. We are driven to ensuring that the field of security is returned to its position of a profession in its own right. This is being done by instilling the three core principles of the company, which are “Honour, Integrity and Discipline.”
Our logo is of a knight, a sword and a shield, which did not come lightly or with little consideration. The knight is of the oldest order of security, protecting the kingdom and its citizens. Brave men of noble birth were trained and worked as apprentices for years before they could earn the title of being a knight. Today the knight is still revered as being a person of standards beyond reproach. We take that same approach in recruiting our security officers. The sword is a knight’s weapon, which he is trained to use with precision to defend himself against any and all assailants. Here at Sterling Elite, our officer’s minds are their swords. Being trained to use their knowledge and reasoning to protect our clients and themselves. Our most basic instinct of defense is to “shield” ourselves from harm. As such, the shield represents our determination to protect all that we are entrusted with. Whether it is an empty field or the highest office in the country.
