VACANT POSITION FOR ATTORNEY-AT-LAW:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES:
 Provide legal advice and support to clients as required in a timely manner.
 Organizing and maintaining legal files and documents effectively.
 Negotiating contract terms and Drafting, reviewing, and preparing them for due ex*****on
 Preparing correspondence, pleadings and other legal documents in a timely and efficient manner
 Managing communications and correspondence as required, bringing actionable items to the Partner or appropriate individual’s attention.
 Conducting legal research and analysis and preparing legal opinions, where required.
 Representing the company in legal proceedings disputes, claims and litigations (actual/potential).
 Maintaining Legal records and completing monthly reports
 Performing any other duties as assigned.
