مراحل التوظيف:
1-كتابة إعلانات وظيفية فعالة للوصول إلى المرشحين المستهدفين وتدقيق بالسير الذاتية للمتقدمين بعناية.
2-إجراء المقابلات الهاتفية والاختبارات اذا لزم الامر ومقابلات الفيديو عبر الانترنت.
3-صياغة تقارير حول كل مرشح ، بما في ذلك تحليل ملفه الشخصي والتنبؤ بإمكانيات نجاحه

Recruitment stages:
1- Writing effective job postings to reach target candidates and carefully screening applicants’ resumes.
2- Holding telephone interviews and conducting, if needed, online testing and online video interviews.
3- Drafting reports about each candidate, including an analysis of their profile and a prediction of their success’ potential.

هكذا بدأنا
من هنا SHR بدأت بفضل الشغف بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا ، والصداقة و COVID 19 نحن ثلاثة محترفين شباب عملنا في استشارات الاعمال والموارد البشرية لسنوات عديدة، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على سوق الشرق الأوسط نؤمن بعالمية مجتمعنا ، في البحث أكثر ، في ربط الناس وفي إعطاء الفرص لأولئك الذين لم يكن لديهم من قبل.

SHR started thanks to a passion for the MENA region, a friendship and COVID19. We are three young professionals who have been working in Business Consulting and Human Resources for many years, with a special focus on the Middle Eastern market. Our jobs brought us to develop a deep passion for the region and its beautiful people, and SHR is the result. The Pandemic showed the world that remote working can be as efficient as going to the office, if not more since it opens up many more possible links. Companies based in Saudi Arabia can hire developers in Morocco… A Charity based in Dubai can now ask someone in Jordan to build their new website..

We believe in the globality of our society, in looking further, in connecting people, in giving opportunities to those who didn’t have them before. The world can really be your oyster.. if you want to.
