It’s become more important than ever before to have professional Training on how to manage work related stress and challenging environments/people. This is for a more stable mental and emotional wellbeing management leading to an overall better wellbeing. .

As Part of initiative to help as many working women and Youth as possible, especially in the MENA region to manage emotional and mental work related stress, we are Proud to conduct the following, partly funded 2 day program. If you are interested please continue reading:

What is included in the program?
- The Program will be online
- Will include International experts in the field
- Material will be included
- Some of the program is designed and will be especially tailored for each persons needs/background.
- Certificate from a New Zealand/Jordanian Professional association.

What will it cover?

The curriculum trains Workers and helps them integrate self-care Tools and knowledge when working as a frontline worker or as a service provider. After the Training You will understand your self better, Understand your work environment and soundings, and apply tools and techniques to better take care of yourself in the work place and beyond.

Although this program specifically targets frontline workers such as customer service providers, Humanitarian aid workers, social workers, NGO support providers etc this program is helpful for anyone wanting to take care of their self by becoming more aware and by having tools to use when needed. Its also important to add that the knowledge of self that will be built and the tools in this training could also be applied to everyday challenges.

This Training was previously conducted with very positive feedback. We have a special discount for organisations/institutions that would like this training conducted face to face/online/ in their physical work place. Training will be in english with the possibility of having an Arabic version of the Program for those who prefer Arabic.
