We assign a project manager that would oversee your project to

(1) Define the time period required to accomplish the project,
(2) Defining the language and dialect (when needed).
(3) assign the project to the relevant team of translators and editors,
(4) creating a glossary for the terms on TRADOS if possible
(5) monitor the process to ensure quality and make sure no delays may occur,
(6) send the outcome to the technical department to amend the layout to be correspondent to the original file,
(7) send the outcome to the quality assurance dep.,
(8) receive your feedback and amend accordingly,
(9) and communicate with you throughout the process, to keep you aware of every step.
