We’re looking for a motivated and talented B2B IT Project Manager (SaaS) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage B2B IT and SaaS projects from start to finish.

-Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.

-Collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure project success.

-Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

-Proven experience in managing B2B IT / SaaS projects.

-Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and IT solutions.

-Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-Experience in the GCC region is highly preferred.

📍 Vacancy: Senior HR Officer – Irbid

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team at our Irbid office.

This role plays a key part in supporting and enhancing our HR operations while contributing to a professional and effective work environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

-Oversee onboarding and employee documentation.

-Handle employee relations and address workplace matters.

-Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and labor law.

-Support performance management processes.

-Coordinate public relations activities when required.

-Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Jordanian labor law.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
