سعدنا في شركة ركاز للاستشارات وبالتعاون مع شركة GCL-Palestine ومنتدى سيدات الأعمال - فلسطين (BWF) في تقديم ورشة تفاعلية بعنوان "من المخاطر تولد الفرص" والتي نُفذت لأول مرة من نوعها فلسطين باستخدام منهجية (®LEGO® serious play)

وفّرت الورشة مساحة عملية للمشارِكات لتحويل أفكارهن وتجاربهن إلى نماذج ملموسة، واستكشاف التحديات التي تواجه مشاريعهن بطرق إبداعية وتشاركية، مما ساهم في تعميق فهم المخاطر وتحويلها إلى فرص تطوير ونمو حيث مثلنَ نماذج قيادات أعمال مميزة في ظل ظروف شديدة التعقيد.

نؤمن في ركاز بأن النهج التفاعلي هو مفتاح لبناء مشاريع أكثر مرونة وقدرة على التكيف في بيئة أعمال متغيرة.

We’re Hiring! Content creator | Video Editor | Social Media Manager

We are a software and digital platforms company looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager whose core focus is building a strong and effective digital presence through content — especially short videos and UGC-style content.

What you’ll do:
Manage the company’s social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram
Plan, create, and publish digital content (with a strong focus on Reels and short-form videos)
Film and edit content in a simple, authentic style
Write hooks and content ideas that stop the scroll and speak to the right audience
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Can innovate film and edit content independently
• Understands how Reels work and how content gets distributed
• Nice to have (not required):
Experience with paid campaigns on Meta or Google
