TTi is a Jordanian non-profit organization established in 2010, officially registered under the name Rennes for Training and Development. TTi is a recognized entrepreneurship ecosystem enabler, working across the micro, meso, and macro levels of the ecosystem to create sustainable and inclusive impact. At the micro level, TTi empowers youth and women entrepreneurs through awareness, training, mentoring, and incubation. At the meso level, it strengthens Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) and sector-focused initiatives. At the macro level, TTi contributes to ecosystem research, mapping, policy dialogue, and cross-border cooperation. Since its establishment, TTi has supported 15,000+ beneficiaries, playing a catalytic role in advancing entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusive economic development in Jordan.
