Dar Ne'meh, the social enterprise arm of the Princess Taghrid Institute, is looking for an Operations Officer to oversee our food & beverage outlets across multiple locations. You'll supervise our branch leaders, make sure standards are met everywhere, and work closely with the operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support branch leaders across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent quality, service, and food safety standards
- Track sales, costs, wastage, and stock, and flag issues early
- Make regular site visits and follow up on corrective actions
- Support staffing, scheduling, and training of branch teams
- Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and management
- Report weekly on branch performance

Requirements:
- 3+ years in F&B or retail operations, ideally with multi-site or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of food safety and operational KPIs
- Organized, hands-on, and comfortable moving between sites
- Arabic and English; valid driver's license
