IT Project Manager Is Needed!
One of Jordan's leading banking institutions is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join its technology team and lead strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through successful implementation.
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
* Prepare executive reports and present project progress to senior management.
* Drive project governance and ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
* 5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
* Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
* PMP certification is a Plus.
* Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile are a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong command of English and Arabic.
