3Pillars Consulting Engineering & Environment (LLC) has been shortlisted and invited to submit proposal for “Consultancy Services for Monitoring and Supervision of Works/Construction of Four (4) climate-resilient long-span Bridges and their link roads- Lot no. 2: Moselolo Bridge and Sumbuya Bridge”- Sierra Leone. The project is financed by the International Development Association (IDA) and the client is the Connectivity & Agricultural Market Infrastructure Project.
The assignment will involve review of bidding documents (if required) and monitoring and supervision for construction of bridges and link roads. All four (4) locations for this assignment are accessible by vehicle on tarmark, gravel, or earth roads. Also, the kom rabai ferry can carry light vans, pickups, and passengers across the rivers when they are operational, while the Sumbuya and Moselolo crossings do not have operational ferries.
