Al-Madarioun Engineering Company for Lifts and Escalators was founded as a shareholding company with limited responsibility on 28/02/1996. Al-Madarioun Engineering Company has also been appointed by (FUJI) as their certified agent in Jordan since 1996, and recently in Lybia and Iraq. (FUJI) is considered one of the major international companies that use modern techniques and fol
low international standards in the manufacturing process, and it holds an (ISO 9001:2000) in addition to the following certificates:
1- British Standards Certificate (BS).
2- European Standards Certificate (EN 81).
3- The International Inspection of Quality Certificate (TUV). The major components of (FUJI) lifts are of Japanese origin and are still manufactured in the mother country, namely:
1- Traction Machines.
2 - Inverters.
3 – Main Board. The rest of the lifts’ components, such as cabin and cabin doors are manufactured in (FUJI) Factory in China. Escalators and Travelators, however, are fully manufactured in (FUJI) China and according to their own specifications. The Company's Objectives:
The main objectives of Al-Madarioun Engineering Company are:
1 - Entering the Jordanian market, followed by the Middle Eastern market as agents for (FUJI) through the supply, installation and maintenance of lifts, escalators & travelators, so as to compete with international companies in the region. Our statistics show that the expected volume of work is very large and can be utilized, especially that the technology used is a world-class technology which can compete with any of the other international companies. And in order to enter the Libyan market, a preliminary agreement has been made with Modern Technology for Electromechanical Services LMTD Co. in Libya, where we have provided prices for some commercial projects and residential complexes.
2 - Importing and exporting of electrical equipment and spare parts for this type of activity.
3 - Expanding the company's activity by obtaining the right to several agencies, especially that of main parts for the lifts.
4 - Creating a factory for assembling lifts to cover neighboring markets’ needs using the latest technologies in this area. The Company’s Achievements:
Since its founding, Al-Madarioun Engineering Company has entered the Jordanian market and has established itself as a credible and respectable Jordanian company, and that is by fulfilling its obligations to supply, install and operate all of the full packaged lifts, escalators & travelators imported for various projects for more than (JD 6,000,000) six million Jordanian Dinars, in addition to locally assembled lifts for a group of housing projects for more than (JD 2,000,000) two million Jordanian Dinars. Since its founding, Al-Madarioun has never been late in the ex*****on and delivery of any of its projects. In fact, in many cases the company completes its projects before the scheduled deadlines.
