三重県鈴鹿市で特別養護老人ホームの工事が進行しています。
外に対して閉ざされがちな施設が多い中で、本園は地域に対して積極的に開き、
入居者と地域住民の距離感を近づける事でウェルネスを目指す事をコンセプトとしています。
主構造を木造とし、居室棟は中庭のある２階建で光や風、季節の移ろいが感じられるように
配慮され、入居者が落ち着いて過ごしてもらえるよう内部は木の温かみや優しさが
感じられるようになっています。
施設の顔となる管理・地域交流スペース棟は、開放された地域交流スペースとなり、
広場は公園やコミュニティ施設のようになることで地域にとって大切な場所なっていくよう
意図されています。
完成は27年3月の予定です。
A special nursing home construction project is currently underway in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture.
While many facilities tend to be closed off from their surrounding communities, this facility is designed with the concept of actively opening itself to the local community and promoting wellness by bringing residents and local people closer together.
The main structure is constructed primarily of wood, with the residential wing arranged as a two-story building surrounding a courtyard. Careful consideration has been given to allowing residents to experience natural light, breezes, and the changing seasons. The interior incorporates the warmth and softness of wood, creating a calm and comfortable environment where residents can relax and spend their time peacefully.
The administration and community exchange wing, which serves as the face of the facility, will provide an open space for interaction with the local community. The adjacent plaza is intended to become an important place for the neighborhood, functioning much like a park or community facility and encouraging people from the surrounding area to gather and connect.
Completion is scheduled for March 2027.
